Products to be tested: Once an order has the Completed status (which is given when it has been processed for shipping) the shipping and handling fee we ask for the products to be tested in exchange for a review is non refundable. Only if the product is not received after 90 days you can apply for a refund of the S&H fee.
Note: We process shipping within 24 hours of the order having been placed.
Shopped Items: If your order arrives and it is not as advertised or faulty then please call us at (954) 505 8116 or email appr[email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund of your purchase once we have received the returned item. We (CreativiU) may send you a pre-paid shipping label depending on item and your location. You can return your item(s) to the address provided by customer support.
Membership fees: Contact us within 30 days of your last payment and a full refund will be issued for the amount corresponding to your last payment (not applicable for payments made 31 days or longer prior to the date of your request)
Membership with free item promotions: If you subscribe to a yearly or monthly membership plan through a promotion that offers a free item (example: turntable, cake kits, russian tips kit, yarn, etc.) and request a refund, you must return the item in its package and without being used before the refund gets issued within 30 days of your payment.
Giftcard Credit: Contact us within 30 days of your payment and a full refund will be issued.
